Destination wedding travel is quoted individually based on your wedding location.
Your custom travel quote may include:
- Round-trip airfare or mileage
- Hotel accommodations
- Rental car or local transportation
- Required baggage fees
- Necessary travel days
You'll receive your complete photography + travel investment before booking, so there are no unexpected travel costs later.
Destinations Within Driving Distance
Travel within 40 miles of Murfreesboro, Tennessee is complimentary.
For locations beyond 40 miles, travel is calculated at:
$0.70 per mile, round trip
Mileage is based on the driving distance from Murfreesboro, Tennessee to your wedding location.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS
For weddings located 2.5+ hours from Murfreesboro, one night of accommodations may be required.
For weddings located 4+ hours away, two nights of accommodations are typically required—one before and one following the wedding.
Accommodations should be at a safe, reputable hotel within a reasonable distance of the wedding venue and will be included in your final travel quote.

Booking & Payment
A signed contract and $500 non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date.
The remaining balance may be paid in full before your wedding or through one of my flexible payment plans.
Final payment is due before your wedding day.
